We offer flexible subscriptions aligned to usage and deployment needs.
Invoices and payments
- Payment methods: Corporate card or invoicing (ACH/wire).
- Invoice delivery: Sent to your billing email on file.
- Taxes/VAT: Applied as required based on your jurisdiction.
Subscription management
- Upgrades/downgrades: Available at any time. Proration depends on plan terms.
- Adding seats/projects: Contact us with the details you need enabled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel via written notice to support; service remains active through the current term unless otherwise agreed.
Receipts, PO numbers, and vendor setup
- We can include PO numbers and required references on invoices.
- We’re happy to complete vendor onboarding/security questionnaires as needed.
